Objectives of Organisation

FK Effah Foundation is committed to improving community health outcomes through joint efforts in healthcare delivery, education and outreach. This is achieved by combining resources, expertise, and outreach efforts to address healthcare disparities and improve health outcomes in the country through the following:

Improve Access to Healthcare Services

Increase the availability and accessibility of basic healthcare services in undeserved communities through the establishment of volunteer-led clinics or mobile health units.

Health Education and Awareness

Raise awareness about preventive healthcare measures, hygiene practices, and disease management through educational programs, workshops, and community outreach initiatives..

Capacity Building:

Build local healthcare capacity by providing training and skill development programs for community health workers, volunteers, and local healthcare professionals..



Maternal and Child Health Initiatives:

Implement programs focused on maternal and child health, including prenatal care, immunization campaigns, and nutritional support to reduce maternal and child mortality rates.

Disease Prevention and Control:

Undertake initiatives to prevent and control prevalent diseases in the community, such as malaria, tuberculosis, and waterborne illnesses, through vaccination campaigns, awareness programs, and distribution of preventive resources.

Nutrition and Food Security:

Address malnutrition and food insecurity by implementing sustainable initiatives that promote access to nutritious food, community gardens, and education on balanced diets.
